周颖芳副秘书长， 现任广州医科大学附属第三医院中医科副主任，主任中医师，硕士研究生导师。主要从事中医针灸临床、教学、科研工作，曾主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、广东省中医药管理局项目、广州市中医药、中西医结合科研计划课题等，发表学术论文20多篇，参编科学出版社及人民卫生出版社英文版国家级规划教材《中医学》。参与国际首个蜂疗行业标准《蜂针疗法技术操作规范》副主编；
Zhou Yingfang, Deputy Secretary General, currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Chief Chinese Medicine Physician, and Master’s Supervisor. He is mainly engaged in the clinical, teaching and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund Project, the Guangdong Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Project, Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Scientific Research Program of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine. He has published more than 20 academic papers and participated in the compilation of the English version of the national planning textbook “Traditional Chinese Medicine” by the Science Publishing House and the People’s Health Publishing House. Participated in the deputy editor of the first international bee therapy industry standard, “Technical Operation Specification for Bee Needle Therapy”;
