袁恺博士， 医学博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。现任云南中医药大学第二附属医院党委副书记、院长。兼任云南省中医药学会青年中医工作委员会副主任委员、中国针灸学会针灸治未病专业委员会委员、中华中医药学会针刀医学分会委员、云南省针灸学会常务理事。
获2016年第四届“中医药社杯”全国高等中医药院校教师发展论坛暨青年教师教学基本功竞赛三等奖; 获2016年昆明市第二人民医院第二届临床教师讲课竞赛一等奖; 获2016年针灸推拿康复学院“第四届中青年教师讲课比赛”一等奖，“第四届中青年教师多媒体课件制作”二等奖。参与国际首个蜂疗行业标准《蜂针疗法技术操作规范》副主编。以第一作者或通讯作者发表sci、中文核心、科技核心论文20余篇。主要研究方向为针灸防治心身疾病的基础与临床研究、特色针灸疗法的临床应用。擅长运用时空针灸、针刀、蜂针等特色针灸疗法及针药结合治疗偏头痛、失眠、焦虑抑郁双相情感障碍、颈椎病、腰痛、风湿/类风湿、痛风、胃痛、耳鸣耳聋、月经不调、痛经、单纯性肥胖等疾病。
Dr. Yuan Kai, MD, Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor. Currently serving as the Deputy Secretary and Dean of the Party Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is also the vice chairman of the Young Chinese Medicine Working Committee of the Yunnan Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the member of the acupuncture and moxibustion Preventive Treatment Professional Committee of the Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion Society, the member of the Acupuncture and Knife Medical Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine, and the executive director of the acupuncture and moxibustion Society of Yunnan Province.
Received the third prize in the 2016 Fourth “Traditional Chinese Medicine Society Cup” National Higher Chinese Medicine University Teacher Development Forum and Young Teacher Teaching Basic Skills Competition; Won the first prize in the 2016 Kunming Second People’s Hospital Second Clinical Teacher Lecture Competition; Won the first prize of the “Fourth Young and Middle aged Teachers’ Lecture Contest” and the second prize of the “Fourth Young and Middle aged Teachers’ Multimedia Courseware Production” of the acupuncture and moxibustion Massage Rehabilitation Institute in 2016. Participated as the deputy editor in chief of the first international bee therapy industry standard, “Technical Operation Specification for Bee Needle Therapy”. He has published more than 20 sci, chinese core and scientific and technological core papers as the lead author or corresponding author.
The main research direction is the basic and clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of psychosomatic diseases, and the clinical application of characteristic acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. He is good at using time-space acupuncture and moxibustion, acupotomy, bee acupuncture and other characteristic acupuncture and moxibustion therapies and combination of acupuncture and medicine to treat migraine, insomnia, anxiety and depression bipolar affective disorder, cervical spondylosis, lumbago, rheumatism/rheumatoid arthritis, gout, stomachache, tinnitus and deafness, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, simple obesity and other diseases.
